Activity 6.2 Biblical Manager and Leader Role Model

Q Based on the characters we’ve studied throughout this course, for the first paragraph, select one (not Jesus) who might serve as a great role model for an organizational manager or leader. Carefully and thoroughly describe why you chose that person and what a leader or manager might learn from him or her. In the second paragraph, describe how Jesus demonstrated good management and leadership characteristics and might be a good role model. Be cautious, however, because He is not just a role model for human behavior, but is primarily the Savior of believers. In the third paragraph, build a list of Biblical principles for good management and leadership based upon verses, events, and characters we’ve studied in this class.

I think that Paul would be great role model for an organizational manager or leader. This is because he had been a great evangelist and follower of our Lord Jesus Christ. Once Paul got a vision of Christ in the form of a resurrected entity, Paul got enlightened and started preaching the word of God. The way Paul was dedicated to preach the Gospel of the Lord was really astonishing and his story is extremely inspiring and motivating for an organizational manager or leader in the modern world.
